Here is
an opportunity to explore the effect of different
tunings on your body, mind, and consciousness.
Each composition is composed by Dr. John Beaulieu
as a journey through the different experiences
within the intervals of various tunings. Many of
these tunings are not available anywhere else on
BioSonics.com and are of tuning forks in Dr. Beaulieu's
personal collection, which he has recorded to share
his many experiences ?in the sound.?
Compositions include Pythagorean tuning, overtone
tuning, planetary tuning, Fibanochi tuning, Solfegiio
tuning, and special tunings channeled by intuitives.
New compositions are always being added as Dr. Beaulieu
explores more sonic landscapes. |

Tuning In: Listening to Tuning Music Guidelines
Each Tuning composition uses precisely tuned tuning forks
and that give equal value to each sound. The listener is
able to tune his/her nervous system to the sounds of the
tuning forks the way that one might tune an instrument. Within
the tuning fork sounds the listener will find timeless knowledge
encoded into sound waves as a journey of consciousness on
a sea of stillness.
In order to get the most out of each tuning: Find a safe
place where you can relax and listen. You can listen at your
computer while you are working or you can download them to
your i-Pod or other portable media player and listen in a
comfortable chair or while going to sleep. In general:
- Take some deep breaths and relax. Especially relax your
jaw and the inner muscles of your ears. The muscles in
your head need to relax in order to allow the bones to
resonate in your cranium. Especially notice and relax your
jaw because it will sometimes tighten, causing increased
interference which may feel like pressure.
- Instead of sitting
still and listening let your body move and/or go into
different positions with the sounds. The tuning sounds
are restructuring your nervous system and body. Moving
and reposturing allows you to set up a resonance between
the sounds, your nervous system, and the muscle tone of
your body. The movements can be micro movement as long
as you are free to move.
- If you have a
challenge with the sounds then turn down the volume.
Some sounds may seem dissonant while others may seem
harmonious. The learning here is that all sounds have a
place. As you learn to be with the sounds your body will
gradually adjust and you can turn the volume back up.
- If
turning down the volume does not work then turn off the
tuning and imagine the sounds. Give it some time. When
you go to sleep at night ask for guidance with integrating
that tuning into your life. When the time is right
you will be drawn back to the tuning.
- If your judgmental
voice gets loud, then work with the following inner dialogue: "Thank
you, judgmental voice. I know you are coming forward to
help me in some way. I want you to know that I am safe
and you can step back and give me the space to listen.
I am prepared for these sounds and ask that you find new
ways to help me integrate these sounds into my life and
to truly enjoy the new places they take me."
