Utilizing an amperometric detection system, allowing only Nitric Oxide to generate an upward deflection, we measure real-time nitric oxide release from living cells and thus demonstrate that this EnRhythm™ formulation has the ability to release nitric oxide well above baseline levels. The release of Nitric Oxide is here visualized as a large peak of pure nitric oxide immediately following exposure of these tissues to the EnRhythm™ formulation.
